Great for a quick and easy homemade onion gravy
As well as a great accompaniment to cheese and cold meats, to make an easy onion gravy, just add 100 ml beef stock, 1 tsp mustard and black pepper to 3 tbs of onion marmalade and heat. If you want more, just double up the quantities.
We also love this on homemade pizzas for a lovely caramelised flavour.
